The definition “Passive House” refers a building that maintain an internal microclimate without the use of active heating and cooling systems. Such building heats and cools itself, hence the definition “Passive”.<\/p>\n

Passive house is a voluntary standard for energy efficiency in a building, which reduces the building’s ecological footprint. It results in ultra-low energy buildings that require little energy for space heating or cooling. The standard is not confined to residential properties; several office buildings, schools, kindergartens and a supermarket have also been constructed to the standard. The design is not an attachment or supplement to architectural design, but a design process that integrates with architectural design. Although it is generally applied to new buildings,<\/p>\n

it has also been used for refurbishments. The concept of passive house represents the highest energy standards and promises the reduction of heating and cooling energy by 90%.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Saving energy is a burning need for a brighter future. Governments and organizations implement new programs, following the Energy Performance of Buidlings Directive, to increase the energy efficiency of the buildings. We embrace this philosophy with our own projects and innovations. The EU has committed itself to a clean energy transition, which will contribute to fulfilling the goals of the Paris Agreement on climate change and provide clean energy to all. To deliver on this commitment, the EU has set binding climate and energy targets for 2030: reducing greenhouse gas emissions by at least 40%,<\/p>\n

increasing energy efficiency by at least 32.5%, increasing the share of renewable energy to at least 32% of EU energy use and guaranteeing at least 15% electricity inter-connection levels between neighbouring Member States.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
